Born in Long Island, New York, May 14, 1976; admitted to bar, 2005 New York; 2005 Florida; 2006 U.S. Virgin Islands; U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida; U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida U.S. District Court, Northern District of Florida U.S. District Court, District of the Virgin Islands. Education: Auburn University (B.A. 2000); Tulane University Law School (J.D. 2004). Member: The Florida Bar (Member, Young Lawyers Division); New York County Bar Association; Phi Alpha Delta, International Law Fraternity.

Professional Information:

Ryan earned his Juris Doctor degree from the prestigious Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana where he also received a certificate in Maritime law and was named to the Order of Barrister as one of the top litigators in his graduating class.

Ryan began his legal career in New Orleans representing underprivileged clients in federal litigation. After leaving New Orleans, Ryan pursued opportunities in the United States Virgin Islands and began working in several diverse legal fields including the International Business, Maritime and Aviation law fields. Upon his return to United States, Ryan worked for a boutique Admiralty and Maritime law firm in Miami, FL where he expanded and honed his skills as a trial lawyer. Ryan continues his active membership practicing in New York, Florida and the U.S. Virgin Islands in order to strategically offer complete representation to the maritime community wherever their needs arise.

Prior to entering law school Ryan received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University. He was a standout lacrosse player for the Tigers and was awarded All-American and All-SEC honors three consecutive years, he was also named the Southeastern Lacrosse Conference "Offensive Player of the Year" in 1998.

Outside of the office, Ryan continues to play and coach lacrosse and can often be found helping and teaching the sport to kids in the local community.
